Rawkode is the handle of the Academy's founder, David Flanagan. David used to be a DJ at Scotland's biggest Rock & Metal nightclub and during the day was a Software Developer. Rawk is often used to describe, or mean, the heavier side of rock music; such as metal. So Rawkode is a mix of rock and code.
